We purchased our first fixer home and was excited about all the possibilities of renovating and decorating! We decided to go with a fixer upper not only because I watch way to many episodes of HGTV fixer shows! but because this is the bay area and home prices here are ridiculous so fixer uppers were the better choice for us! Another thing that the this house allowed me to do is the ability to create a personalized space that feels like me/home. Lets go!
